Alex Gucciardi
President
Alex founded Addington Financial in 1997 with a clear vision: help clients achieve their financial goals through personal investment advice and responsible financial management.
Alex built Addington on a strong foundation of industry knowledge and client focus, developed earlier in his role as a Vice President on Citibank Canada’s Derivatives Trading team. He continues to apply these skills today, sharpened by over 40 years of experiences in financial services.
Stephen Gucciardi
Managing Director
With nearly seven years’ experience as a tax professional with Deloitte UK and Deloitte Canada, Stephen has advised some of Canada’s largest banks, private equity funds, and other prominent financial institutions. Stephen’s promise to his clients is simple: to help them build generational wealth.
Stephen is a graduate of the University of Toronto (‘12, Trinity College) and the University of Oxford (‘14, St. Cross College). He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
Investments and tax aside, Stephen has long nursed an interest in languages. He’s always looking for a chance to practice his Punjabi!
Mimma Gucciardi
Office Manager
Mimma supports the very core of our business, leveraging over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Most importantly, Mimma works directly with investment management companies and Addington's dealing representatives in administering our clients' accounts and trade orders. She also manages our other back-office functions: IT, record keeping, internal policies & procedures, and more.
When she’s not at work, Mimma is especially passionate about yoga and exploring the Greater Toronto Area’s abundant green space.
